
I've been training with Paulo for a bit over a year now and it's been really great.
Besides feeling stronger and fitter we have a really good time during our sessions, and that to me is really important.
I absolutely love his gentle, persistent and creative way of getting you to do things you never thought you could - or would ever consider trying by yourself.
I am a yoga and mediation teacher, so being healthy and full of vitality is an integral part of my life, but because of my busy lifestyle and fondness of gentler forms of 'movement' I had come to neglect the very physical part of exercise.
We've been doing strength training and tons of cardio and I can really feel the difference in my conditioning and stamina.
The programme is tailored to my specific needs and we change it every 3-4 weeks, which not only keeps it interesting and creative, but really lets you see your own progress.
It's very motivating and inspiring to realise how something that you really struggled with a few weeks ago now flows naturally & easily.
I am stronger, more toned and very happy to have found something 'physical' to complement my lifestyle.
